At YoungAF™, we are committed to providing premium-quality wellness products and exceptional customer service.
Because our products are consumable dietary supplements, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used due to health and safety reasons.
Returns
We gladly accept returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
- Product must be unopened and in its original sealed packaging.
- Product must be in resalable condition.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used dietary supplements.
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage.
- Gift cards (if applicable).
- Downloadable digital products or educational content.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- Photos of the damaged product and packaging.
- A brief description of the issue.
We will review your claim promptly and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of an incorrect or damaged shipment.
