WellnessPMAco™ is a private wellness collective dedicated to advanced hydration, fascia health, cellular repair, detoxification, and longevity. Founded by fascia specialist, corrective therapist, and wellness educator Loretta McGrath, WellnessPMAco™ bridges ancient healing traditions with modern cellular science to support deep, structural healing from the inside out. With nearly three decades of hands-on clinical experience, Loretta has helped clients resolve chronic pain, inflammation, trauma patterns, and degenerative conditions by addressing the body at its root — not just managing symptoms.

Loretta McGrath is a fascia specialist, corrective therapist, author, and wellness innovator with over 27 years of clinical experience.
She is the creator of Dynamic Body Stretching, a proprietary assisted stretching and fascia release method taught nationwide, and the author of Body Alignment for Life and The Fascia Fix.
Loretta’s work focuses on restoring structural integrity, hydration, circulation, and cellular communication as the foundation of health, beauty, longevity, and pain-free living.
